Urgent Care Clinic that sees all age ranges. Clinic treats around 60-90 patients each day. Open 7 days a week. Staffed by PAs and NPs. 2 providers on at all times. Open to PA and NP students.

Behavioral health clinic, offering counseling, day, treatment group, and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners. We have precept offerings Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday at this time.

Our clinic is Renewed Hope Counseling and wellness and we are located in Meridian Idaho and we have availability for precepting Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We provide mental health evaluation, diagnosis, medication management and Spravato. We also are a Suboxone clinic

Skilled nursing facility

facility has over 100 patients with Rehab, Vent trach, long term care and memory care.

Outpatient psychiatry office

Work 1:1 with graduate level PMHNP students to prepare them for working with pediatric, adult, geriatric, and special populations patients in the community.

Adult, general practice, interval medicine, adult medical cannabis program evaluations, functional medicine (root cause analysis), setting: home visits, house calls, tele-medicine, clinic /office settings. Student should be prepared to show current copy of COVID-19 Vaccination status or waiver, and be able to show proof of Student Professional Liability Insurance.

Obesity Medicine Clinic within Nutrition and Metabolic Services at St Mark Hospital, we work in conjunction with the surgical bariatric service to provide support and care to patients moving towards bariatric surgery or are experiencing regain or those who are not interested in or eligible for surgery but want to improve their metabolic health. I am the sole provider in the clinic but work with an interdisciplinary team of RDs, RNs, LCSWs, and diabetes educators.
