I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Student with Herzing University and seeking a preceptor for my first clinical rotation from January 6th, 2025, through April 23, 2025. The course I am taking is NU 673 and covers Adult Care related to mood disorders and substance abuse. My ideal preceptor would be a Psychiatrist, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or a PA in Mental Health but I can certainly work within a practice that provides primary care along with psychiatric care. I am currently an RN of 5 years with a BSN. I work in Daytona Beach, FL but live in Jacksonville, FL. I would like to have a clinical experience as close to home as possible but am willing to drive if needed.
