Nurse Practitioner – In Home

Full Time and Part Time Nurse Practitioners!

Currently seeking experienced full time and part time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with Acute Care, Emergency Department, Urgent Care or Internal Medicine background who are interested in joining a rapidly growing organization serving the Southern Seattle Washington area.

The innovative care plan model allows the Nurse Practitioner to provide care in the home, including point of care laboratories, minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing and IV Fluid and medical Administration.

Nurse Practitioner – In Home

This organization is not a fee for service practice.


The Nurse Practitioners are partnered with DHMT’s and are fully equipped to treat common to complex injuries or illnesses through comprehensive health assessments.

As the Nurse Practitioner you can provide the highest quality care offering the service of In-Home care from providers who are focused on patients.  

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures.
  • Work in collaboration with a DHMT (Medical Technician) deliver care to patients in the comfort of their home. Including a mobile unit and driving a company vehicle to see patients in their home.
  • Drive directly in company vehicle by the Medical Technician – no additional wear and tear on your personal vehicle.
  • Analyze test data to diagnose, treat and arrange appropriate follow up for the patient to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and families on how to treat their acute illness and manage their health and well –being.
  • Effectively navigate difficult conversations related to end-of-life issues and management of care.
  • Maintain positive relationships with EMT partners and remote teams.


Nurse Practitioner – In Home


  • Very competitive compensation and benefit package including; bonus program, marketing leading paid time off, CME reimbursement, auto allowance, child care benefits and more!
  • Rate: $63/hr. - $65/hr. based on years of experience + $6,000 sign on bonus! + additional merit-based performance bonus on top of base salary!
    • CME reimbursement of $2,500 annually

    • Medical Malpractice insurance provided by organization



  • At least 3 years of experience in Acute Care (Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine) as Nurse Practitioner/ Registered Nurse.
  • Current unrestricted VA state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate
  • Nationally Board Certified Active and Current
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA License.
  • Current unrestricted NP CA State license.
  • Medical Malpractice provided by organization




Full Time, Permanent position

  • 13 shifts per month – Full Time schedules are 150 – 170 hours
  • Part-time requires an 80 hour minimum commitment per month
  • Start time of 8am, 9am, 10am, and then 12pm and they are 10-hour shifts
  • The providers schedule will be determined in partnership with their market leader.
  • Nurse Practitioners will be seeing 6-8 patients per day on average
    • Rotating weekend schedule
